Natural Posture Movement Classes offer a gentle space to reconnect with your body through healthy, mindful movement.
These classes are for anyone living with everyday aches and pains, neck, back or leg discomfort, or those who simply want to slow down and become more aware of how they move. They're also perfect if you are feeling curious and would like to try something a little different, at your own pace.
We use a supportive mix of movement drawn from yoga, sports therapy, martial arts, self massage and neurological rehabilitation exercises, all adapted to suit individual needs and abilities.
