In a Natural Posture Movement Classes we aim to re-connect you with your body through the practice of healthy movements. 

​These classes are for people who have general aches and pains, a bad neck, back or leg pain, people who want to slow down and become more aware of the way they move.  Or just people wanting to try something different.

We use a combination of movements chosen from

yoga, sports therapy, martial arts, 

self-massage and rehabilitation exercises.
